Skills:

• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in civil engineering principles, practices, and software tools such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and others.
• Problem Solving: Ability to analyze complex problems, develop innovative solutions, and implement effective strategies.
• Project Management: Proven experience in managing civil engineering projects from conception to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in design, calculations, and project documentation.
• Leadership: Ability to lead and mentor junior engineers and technicians, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
• Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations and codes governing civil engineering projects.

Experience:
